Jameson Soft Serve
Was back home in sweet home Chicago and headed to the Boiler Room for some pizza and beer. I absolutely fell in love with this place! I mean where else can you find a lion stout with a float of Jameson soft serve ice cream.
Decor: CTA inspired seating and not to mention the bathrooms. It’s like you are peeing on the el, it’s kinda crazy. Lots of seating, especially out on the patio. Fantastic classic movies play on the big screens.

The Crowd: Pizza and Jameson lovers everywhere!
Service: Fan Frickin Tastic! I can’t remember our servers name but she was super awesome. She wasn’t annoyed when I couldn’t decide what to order for dessert and even gave me a sample of the Jameson soft serve because I wasn’t man enough to order the full serving.
Liquid Courage: Jamo on tap and craft beers a plenty. But lets get back to that Jamo soft serve. I’ve never had ice cream make my mouth tingle this way. Weird and interesting that’s for sure. Just try it, you know you want to. The other liquor infused dessert I had was a Pinnacle marshmallow vodka concoction topped with Rice Krispies. It was amazing! (I only wish I remembered what it was called)
Eats: Like I mentioned I came for the pizza and it did not disappoint! I got the purist. It has fresh mozzarella and basil with a drizzle of balsamic. I usually don’t care for balsamic but I have to say it was so good! You also must order the donuts. Deep fried deliciousness coated with powdered sugar and cinnamon. So good.

Overall: The PB & J Special will have me coming back for more! For $8.50 you get a slice of pizza, PBR Tall Boy and a shot of Jameson. Seriously I can’t say enough about my love for this bar. Lastly bring your dolla billz, cash only bar.
